i have no idea where they came from... i just hope after a compression test and bore scope look into the cylinders that all is well... i might pop the valve covers aswell just to see that everything is good in the head... i'm going to blow a bunch of oil out the block at the turbo oil feed banjo bolt just to see if anything else comes out... i can only pray that when i put it back together no more bits plug my turbo oil restrictors...

Herman at cherry turbos was having a hard time finding me a replacement CHRA, but just yesterday when talking with a lady from Garrett that was telling him that they didnt have stock on what he needed the regional manager was walking by and asked if she was speaking to Herman (I guess they know each other, but no idea how he knew it was him) so he took the line and helped him out... so Garrett is sending a 3/4 turbo that Herman can take the CHRA off it and use it for my turbo and then just send back the housing and my CHRA as a core so they can rebuild it... so thats good news a part is finally on its way so my turbo can be rebuilt... also everything has been ported and matched and now sits at the ceramic coaters shop waiting to be sprayed. The manifolds were also welded up and hopefully dont cause issues again...
