Do u know how to plug my remote alarm on the door lock of the car ??

A R32 GT-R, doesn't have an actuator in the driver door so you have to add one attached to the lock mechanism in the driver door. Then you use your alarm to control that actuator which will control the passenger door.

Realy but why want use manualy the lock the other lock too

The driver door doesn't have an actuator (passenger side does), just a lock/unlock position switch. If you want remote door locks, you have to add an actuator in the driver door and connect it to your alarm system.
When you lock/unlock the driver door, the added actuator in the driver door will move the mechanism and the switch inside will send a signal to the actuator in the passenger door thus controlling both doors at same time.
