Loud squeal

So my R33 squeals really loud on any cold start. It doesn't matter the temp outside just matters how long it's been since the car was started. Also, it won't stay on until the squeal goes away. So if I start it it'll squeal and shut off after a couple seconds. If I start it and rev it until the squeal goes away (usually around 6-7 seconds) it'll stay on.

yesterday I played with all 3 belts and the squeal never changed. Could it be the pulleys? I've even read that the starter could be doing it. I've searched and no one ever says anything about their car not staying on until the squealing stops.

Tighten your alternator tensioner.

also in for alternator belt. What does your volts gauge read while the squeal is going vs squeal gone.

Good job guys! It was my alternator belt making the squeal but it's still does a couple times before it stays on.
