N1 Water pump

anyone has installed a N1 Water pump, cause i want to know if anyone experience leaking or is there special method to install it

No, it's not supposed to leak... bring your car by the shop we'll take a look at it...

There is an oblong bolt hole that you need to fill in and then drill out. I have no idea why.

I think if you check the manual there is also a very specific bolt tightening sequence that needs to be followed...just in case you didn't already know.

interesting, so the N1 block has a different bolt face for the water pump to accomedate this funky bolt hole?

I ask Sean Morris about that and he said the bolt pattern was the same, so it is still a mystery to me.

ok i have used this pump on my gtr and it leaked on me the first time, i used grey silicone to seal it, but the silicone is not strong enough. so the second time i used the special orange silicone from nissan, it is 40 dollars for one tube but it worked like a charm. trust me just get the the slicone it works.
I work at a nissan dealer and that silicone is recommend for a lot of applications

the orange silicon is standard rtv high temp which can be picked up at cnd tire and is made by permatex.

anyways i have a n1 water pump on my car and it is great.

just remember there is NO BNR32 N1 water pump, the N1 water pump is actually from the BCNR33.

So in that case there made be slight modifications that need to be made.
