    Hey guys im doing a rebuild and i need to find a good site to order forged connecting rods for my 1990 rb20.. oem is fine.. thanks!

    i got mine from Spool in Australia. just had to drop them off at the machine shop to have them matched to my pistons. they sexy lol
    I've been brushing my teeth with jack but it's resulted in terrible amounts of tooth decay.

        im confused, so do you want forged rods? or stock? stock rods are cast if you didnt know...

        but the boys at Monkeynutz.ca can get you Tomei rods! they come with ARP L19 rod bolts

          I, as well as many other Miata guys running over 300whp on a 4 cyl have been running cat power rods. Cheap and can hold the power. Running ARP2000.

          IIRC I read somewhere about a guy in UK buying a set of Cat Power and when they showed up they had TOMEI imprinted on the rod exaclty like the ones TOMEI sends out. They look like a standard H beam rod, so you never know they might be made in the same place.

            Of course I don't mind. Love my Spool conrods. Arc240 on the forums has been running them in his car too for a while(his car is actually running). They were about 600 bucks for the set shipped. They come with arp bolts, you just have to buy bearings
