what is the fuse "inhibit" for theres nothing in my fuse box and also whats the ptc heater/4wd fuse used 4?

I assume start inhibitor (on auto it stops engine starting when in D, R, etc)??? If it is, with manual conversion on auto car it's disabled by bridging pinouts on plug? or was it plugs? next to fuses box in engine bay with wire.

With ptc heater/4wd fuse in assume is engine bay fuse box???, don't know. I think there's a 4wd fuse under dash (fuse box) that when pulled disables 4wd (rwd only).
