Nissan parts OEM

Where do you guys order OEM Skyline parts from? Does it need to be from Japan or can our local dealer get parts or is there any online Canadian site I don't know about? I've googled but haven't found much.

I need 3 new hydraulic lifters because I was cleaning them and lost 2 ball bearings and a very small spring so I'll need to replace them before I can put my car back together.
