Rb25 engine serial number

Hi,
How do I know the year of an RB engine by his serial number ?

then only clue I have is by this website :

Number should be on block itself (I think on passenger side, rear of block with RB25) and that matches the ECU part number (see top of ECU case) which can be interpreted into year.
