Once again unless he has a picture of you doing a burnout this shouldn't stand in court. But if they were to check say tire width and do further investigation like tread wear then you could possibly get nailed for it. I personally would still fight it.

very true. he isnt a cop when hes at home but he sure as hell acts like it. ex: coming into my garage threatening hes a cop.

Oh and I just thought of this. If the ticket does get thrown out would the city still give you a fine for the burnout on their roads?

I did it in an old set of wheels. the ones that came with the car. I was in the midst of switching the wheels when the cop phoned me.


Im not quite sure what you are saying. If the ticket gets thrown out that means there is insufficent evidence to put me at the scene. A license plate number and pictures of a skid mark?

best of luck fighting the ticket! i think im going to buy fibreglass kit and touch up the right skirt. on the back there is a crack, so if i take it off and sand it and everything will it work? i know the skirt itself isnt fibreglass so im wondering if it will stick to it and hold
