actually Ben the HKS GT2530 is rated from 320 to 340 ps so your 330 wheel is not out of this world for that turbo....

I believe HKS horsepower ratings are at the wheels, as well, not at the crank. So yeah 330 sounds right.

My mistake, regardless, the powerband of this motor with the small turbo and those cams should be very strong and steady.

Update: Found out that, that little controller module is for my type M spoiler which isn't even on the car any more. The shorting of circuits inside of it must have been overloading the system. So I'm going to try running with out it and see what happens.

Hopefully going to start it tonight. Hear her purrr

Another update: Spent all day finding out what that module did and if i need to replace it. Found out it is the controller for the Type-m spoiler at the front which is no longer in the car. So i decided to run with out it. Before even putting the key into the ignition i hooked up the battery and what do you know, same problem, Gauges light up, power FC commander turns on, deck turns on, and fuel pump primes. So i was a little dissapointed because i thought that i had solved this issue, I'm not an electrician and don't have all that much knowledge on the subject and the intricacies of the ignition system. But to me it seems like all the accessories that are supposed to be off when the key is off, and on when the key is turned, are getting power somehow someway, when they shouldn't.

I'm in need of an electrical genius to figure this one out. It will likely take some time.

The good news is, decided to crank the motor over and listen for any abnormalities, since this was the first time cranking the motor since the tensioner sheared off last summer. I cranked it over using the starter a bunch of times, and was pleased to hear how strong and healthy it sounded. I'm fairly certain that the heart of the beast is in excellent mechanical order still.

Just need to solve this electrical dilemma and then start her up and enjoy.

If anyone has some insight or advice, id be happy to hear it.

                Thanks,
