Here's an idea. Post your location in your profile like everyone else. That way, when someone sees a post like this and knows of a local shop in your area that installs and tunes Nistune, they will PM you rather than not doing anything because you don't have a location in your profile.

My car had a HKS Fcon SA piggy back setup, my tuner is unable to tune it. So i converted to Nistune... car goes in on the 23rd of this month to be retuned on nistune and get rid of the stupid piggy back ecu flopping around on my passanger side floor :\ Ill post an update here after the 23rd on how everything worked out.

Does anyone have an ignition map for nistune they used to make 400-500whp with the basic boltons
Im having trouble getting my ignition timing sorted out just looking for a reference or someone who could take a look at my map and point me in the right direction.

Should notice when you have enough ignition timing, as torque, power stops rising on dynograph and engine doesn't knock (can hear it or see it on knock detection devices). Then back off a few degrees or so for a safety buffer. Every engine is different and some engines like more or less ignition timing when using same map. So the ignition map for one engine sometimes doesn't suit another engine with same mods, producing similar rwhp.

I'm hoping to get into NIStune very shortly.
Are there any NIStune vendors and tuners in the (Ontario) Toronto GTA area?

Do you need a fuel controller if you run nistune? or can you adjust in the program?

Nistune allows you to adjust the fuel maps, ignition maps, tables on stock ECU. It essentially updates the stock ECU to modern way of tuning stock ECU's (flashing) that is common on new cars (via plugging consult cable + laptop with tuning software to consult port under dash). But Nistune modified stock ECU can do it in realtime like aftermarket ECU's, where the change you make on fuel or ignition map is felt instantly. With modern car ECU's you have to flash changes to ECU from laptop and then check the changes on dyno and then do changes and flash to ECU again.

I have Nistune in my cars stock ECU.
