Are there any sway bars from other cars like s13s or z32 that would fit a gts, front or rear? I believe gtr ones fit can someone confirm that.

R32 GTS-T front swaybar is different to other models.
I think it was HICAS or Non HICAS S13 rear swaybar (posted swaybar size info before, so search my post's for the answer) that is an upgrade for R32 GTS-T to reduce understeer after removing HICAS. GTR rear swaybar is for oversteer/drifting.RESPONSE MONSTER

Ive read numerous of your post and you seem to be extremely knowledgeable on the suspension topic so if you dont mind id like to pick your brain abit.
If i want to stiffen up and limit the body roll on my drift car i should aim for a larger sway bar in the rear as you stated, but what if i want to stiffen my front coilovers up? Is it fair to assume i could fit an adjustable solid sway bar on the front that is on a soft setting and put one in the rear that is on the stiff setting to get higher spring rate on all 4 corners but maintain my oversteer characteristics?Jesse

I don't mind. But I don't think I'm that knowledgeable. Just picked up a few things when working out how to setup my cars suspension.
Springs (ride height, spring rate), shocks (damping) are part of the less body roll equation, but bigger diameter swaybars will provide less bodyroll with stock suspension due to combining spring rates on both left and right side of car. Then applying that combined spring rate to the loaded side of car (loaded side is the opposite side of car to which way the car is turning) that makes the car sit flatter and inner wheel stays on the ground, which gives tyres more lateral grip.
On a drift car, I think you need more front weight transfer, so you have to do the opposite of factory suspension setup (4kgm front, 2kgm rear) and run lower spring rates on front coilovers and higher spring rates on rear coilovers to get weight transfer to front wheels when tapping brakes, which makes the rear lighter / move around more due to less weight over the rear wheels. Also bigger rear swaybar than front swaybar (stock GTR rear swaybar) makes front wheels grip more than rear wheels when cornering hence the rear steps out.
Also hard compound tyres on rear wheels can help, as they skate more (good for burnouts and last longer but less grip in wet weather) than softer compound (good grip in dry, wet weather but wears out faster).RESPONSE MONSTER

Also for everyone i stumbled on this on SA and it has some great links, i especially like the "tuning side of things" makes me want to get a temp gun to get a good allignment set up.

In Japan they have something similar called Touge that doesn't need the car to be modified much and mentions the basic specs you need, which R32 GTS-T Skylines have as stock equipment. R32 GTS-T was built for Touge, as that is what Nismo build their road cars, including R32 GTS-T to do -

The only difference is in Japan, they use two cars instead of one in Touge. Touge is what started the drifting craze, when they started going sideways. Some 2 litre rwd Touge cars have up to 370hp.RESPONSE MONSTER
