WOO HOO. it was the fuel pump after all lol. i think when i fed the old one 12V it defibulated for a few min so i thought it was ok. heres some pics of the new 255 fuel pump assy!! BOOOOST!!!

If it turns over hard but doenst stargt check the Cam angle sensor. it wont start if thats unplugged or something.

Maybe he blew off an intercooler pipe or something too. that will cause really hard starting or not sarting at all. try to unplug MAF see if it changes

it works fine. i was at 14psi all day today woo hoo
