Adjustable front spoiler?

I have switches that say front spoiler up and down, but they never did anything. The bumper was bent by the previous owner when he hit a snowbank, and the actuator's arm was bent and who knows what else... Which I think could be the reason why its not working.

Anyhow, how common are these? Did all Type-m's come with this feature?

I think they were fairly common, my type M has that, same with the type m I looked at before I bought my car.

It is REINIK. They built racing RB26 engines for Nissan for the Group A races in the nineties.
