New Fuel Pump

Hey guys my old fuel pump is shot, so I need to get a new one for my r32 Gts-t, should i just go with the walbro 255 or this one i found on ebay? here is the link : http://www.dragtimes.com/parts/255-L...472949279.html

also pertaining to the fuel pump, where exactly is the fuse for it located?

get a walbro and for the fuse search the forum

If it's not tuned for the 255lph, will it not run insanely rich without some kind of way to control it?

fuel pressure regs? like mine is pooched so is it basically i take the old one out put the walbro in and its automatically regulates itself?

now i havent dealt with this yet but do our cars have a fuel pressure regulator?
or is it just tuned into the stock ecu what the stock fuel pump would send through and is based on that?
sorry if what im saying isnt clear.

pretty much what you may have todo is buy and install a fuel pressure reg with a gauge to set the amount of pressure being sent through so that it doesnt make the car run too rich.

can someone chime in and tell me if i am sorta correct.
and if you had a power fc, could you set it accordingly?

im gonna have be replacing my fuel pump sometime soon so i was gonna be asking somewhat of the same question

There is a stock fuel reg.

And being 255lph doesn't mean its going to try to flow more all the time, just what its capable of. Mine is 255, stock fuel reg.

alright thanks sean, so its just basically plug and play haha pardon my computer term :P

yeah it is plug and play, very easy to put in. it took me a matter of less than an hour to take out the old one and put in the new one.
