Found this info earlier this morning....
your speed limit defencer does the following:

only clamps the digital pulse to the ecu at a certain speed.. it doesnt alter the signal coming from the gearbox transducer.. (a sine wave, 100mph is about 300hz.)
cutting the speed input wire to the ecu is stupid.. this wire also feeds the Hicas with a speed signal.. so its sensitivity can be adjust per road speed..

it also provides the ecu with speed signal for "idle up" clamp when above 5-10mph.. helps stop stalling at junctions etc.

    so with that being said....
does anyone know the switch setting to a Greddy SLD????????

    Self-edit:
plugged the wire back into the ECU for the speed signal today. just didnt want to chance any mess ups!
ran without it for 2-3 days with no issues but.....like i said above.

                SLD:
                red/power
                black/ground
                brown/blue = speed cut PIN53
                yellow optional.

                ECU Cut only: PIN53
yellow wire with green trace = cut wire
