Thanks for the offer, nothing will happen until next year though... Yes, he bought that red 4 door, I had seen it driving around a couple weeks ago, but apparently he just bought it.

Im just waiting for it to end up wrapped around a pole now... Which is sad.

Jesus Christ that's an ugly car... It looks like someone let a 2 yr. old loose with a sticker book... I hope that kid isn't really THAT stupid to try drifting or doing anything dumb on the street... Oh who am I kidding, you're right. It's gonna get wrecked...

For your current mods, Z32 MAF + Z32 MAF plug, Nistune, 550cc injectors. Or at a minimum, Nistune. You'll need to retune ECU to take into account bigger turbo, as engine tends to go lean at lower rpm's with mild boost levels and need to trim fuel map with bigger fuelpump.

I think a HKS 2530 turbo should do great... Suppose to be really responsive and bolt on Run it at 1bar and I should have great results. Along with the other supporting mods that is...

Turbo or turbo kit is last mod you should do. Make sure you have supporting mods for turbo first, like injectors, MAF, ECU, etc.

This is a R32 GTS-T with RB20DET, HKS 25/30 turbo, Tomei Poncams, stock ECU retune, injectors, etc -

              and

Hiflowed Rb25 is win! Very responsive, but hard to find unless you can find a shop
that can do it. HKS 2530 is a wicked good choice especially for those kinda numbers as a goal.
Ive went fer a ride in an RB20 with one and the thing was pre nutty. Incredibly responsive and hit boost
really hard although there rather expensive, but are also available as a bolt on kit as far as i know.

P.S. That red skyline is....upsetting haha. Havent seen many people rock 962s on skylines before either...looks weird.
Street drifting ftl...definitely gonna end up totalled. We need more badass tracks....Jeeze if i had the money id
build a sick track outside Red Deer with a sick setup for Auto X and drift. We lack nice tracks for drifting in Alberta,
and the location in between Edmonton and Calgary would be so ideal. *Sigh* poor skyline.

If he removed all the stickers and that wing, it would look alright...

And removed the 24" dildo shift knob

The hks turbo or the rb25 are strong options. I think.

Or jump with both feet and top mount a bigger baby with external wastegated action. Custom downpipe to rip a wideband in wink wink. Wait maybe I'm just dreaming for you.
Traction is optional, so are zipties

[QUOTE=Skym;409805]Modified stock ECU with Nistune would be the next move to take advantage of what you have. It means you don't need to retune ECU straight away, as it runs the same way it does now (using stock maps off your cars stock ECU, if you download them from stock ECU before converting to Nistune).

Remove split dumppipe (turbo dumps exhaust gas into dumppipe, hence it's name) if you have one. Also known as turbo outlet. Split dumppipe can be worse restriction wise than stock dumppipe when boost level is raised.

Make sure it's a bellmouth dumppipe, like HPI dumppipe -

does anyone have any more info if this is correct?? i run a split dumppipe and my response has gotten quicker..

You'll get more torque, response with a bellmouth dumppipe. According to a tuner who dynoed tuned with both, your limited to 1.3bar with split dumppipe. I gather it has alot to do with diameter of main pipe and angle of the little diameter pipe (for wastegate), where it merges with main pipe which limit's boost level.

You're wasting your time with the RB20....the 2 litre has no oooomph and wont spool up any decent sized turbo in a hurry.

Get yourself a RB25det engine (or even better - a RB26dett) and strap on a Garrett ball bearing turbo.....

If you dont want to change your engine, contact GCG Turbochargers here in Sydney, they do a high-flow version of the RB25DET turbocharger with a Garrett ball bearing core which is a direct fit and Im sure they ship international.

By the way, you cant use S15 injectors in a RB20 as S15 injectors in the SR20DET are side-feed and RB20DET are top feed.
