RB25 in R32 GTS-4; sump compatibility

Hi, I'd like to know if my RB20 AWD sump would fit on a RB25 Neo RWD.

Not without a 4wd adaptor plate from R.I.P.S (makes them for RB30 conversions, where they go from rwd to 4wd with rwd RB30 shortblock) -

Or you can use a RB25DET from 4wd Stagea.

So why an RB25 pan fit on an RB26 for a RWD conversion?! The RB30 may be using a different sump.. no?!
