  • Horn fix

Anyways the day after the skymeet, my horn stopped working. Didn't touch or play around with any wiring, drove smooth so im not sure what had happened when it was function the day before. Now when i click the horn button, all you hear are clicks. Looked around to see what had happened, took the wheel off, then checked the fuse box but everything seemed ok. Not sure what to look for when looking at the horn but maybe someone could help me out with my confusion. Should i get a new horn? Sorry i am a big car noob.

if its like mine the way the aftermarket steering wheel hub is on keeps cutting the wire off, i fixed it for a VI, lasted until then to pass it then on the drive home broke again, connector is too close to the hub, shears the wire off. I said screw it who needs a horn lol.

my horn died to say. it sounded like a dying cat after this winter being parked so i just went to princess auto and got a new one. took me a whole 10 minutes tops to install it. now its all good.

Could be just your horn.. mine was no where close to sounding horrible^

I rechecked my wiring issues and nothing was disconnected so i could tell i had a circuit still going on, hence the clicking noise that sounds off when i click on the horn. So im guessing it has to do something with the horn itself so i might just have to buy another horn..
