  • Gts Diff Selection

Yes, I mislead you by not putting 1994 R33 Gts25t in the title:P, but now you're here to help, right?!

So I'm building my R33 to drift next year and wanted to know what my options were as far as the diff is concerned. I wanted to know:
    - what north american cars have a good diff to swap in (Infiniti or Nissan?)
    - what jdm cars have a better factory diff to swap in (S14 or S15 etc)
    - what skylines have a better diff to swap in
    - I eventually want a 2-way, whats the best from your experiences

I'm assuming I have the stock R33 diff right now because I can do this

    Cheers!

    Matt

do you wanna drift? get 2 way.

1.5 way would be good for most applications.

hey, ive been looking at this for a little while now for my R33 GTST, dont know if its a good deal or not but you can get either 1.5 way or 2...

The Nismo GT LSD Pro is available in 1.5 and 2 way configurations with 3 stage initial torque selection.

im actually looking for some feedback as well cuz my lsd is getting pretty worn and i would like to rebuild it in near futur
Note: Turbos make torque and torque makes fun

        1.5 way should be plenty.

Like I said, 2 way is more favorable for drifters and I've noticed a lot of drifters going back down to 1.5ways.

oh i will be going 1.5 way for sure, dont really plan on drifting all that much lol, id rather be doing track racing, just wanted to know if the nismo lsd would be the best bet for the money. it seems to come with everthing and nismo is pretty much top of the line is what ive been finding so is 1300$ reasonable?
