There's a white actuator that controls what vents are opened or closed. Sometimes it gets gummed up and sticks, you may have to clean it. I believe its behind the climate control, Ive searched for it quickly before, but didnt see it myself. My air works fine now though. You could also need a need climate control unit.

I cleaned my clean air temp sensor and it works great now, I also solved my vibration/noise problem. There is a "centrifuge" where the air enters the cabin in the passenger footwell, right above the ECU. If you have the same problem, remove your glove box, and youll see a round plastic enclosure closest to the door. Remove the small black hose on the right, and the white electrical clip on the left. Remove the 3 screws at the bottom to remove the centrifuge. Mine was full of fluff, cleared it out, no more vibrations and noise.
      Regards,
      Ken.

Laying down in the passenger foot well with your head towards the driver pedals, you'll see, with a light, a small metal arm. This arm fluctuates between all modes - window/face/feet. If you change modes and this does not move, the actuator is jammed. Sometimes the harness unplugs, other time it just needs some elbow grease so try moving it by hand. There is a write up on the typical actuator faults; its a fixable issue though so dont fret..

i don't suppose you could throw up a pic of this temp sensor in the center console area, could ya?
