  • Is there away to fit on These JDM rims on R32 GTST Type M?!

    Hi guys,

I have a set of Work Emotion Cr-Kai's, i used to have them on my 08 Civic, they are as follow:

    5 x 114.3
    17 x 7
    +42 offset

I know such a question has been asked before, but Will this rim fit on my GTST type M? I am wondering if there is any way i can add in a spacer etc to have her fit? as the color perfect matches the car and its light weight, beside I already own them.

I need to know shall i Sell them or there is a possibility of mounting them on my GTST?

Here is a shot of the rims:

They probably wont fit over the front calipers. You would be better off with a lower offset like a +30 to +20 assuming you have stock brake calipers.

    Ken.

Ya that offset is sunken hard. Going to need something like 10 mil spacers, minimum. 20 mil would look good, but like Ken said, brake clearance may be off depending on the rim contours..

just go out and buy 25mm bolt-on hubcentric spacers you'll be fine, it'll give you a final offset of +17
the rims and pretty narrow and will have no issu fitting

sponsors on this forum can help you source the right model spacers

personnaly, i used 25mm Ichiba spacers on my 17x9 +38 work cr kai rims to get them down to +13

Not everyone wants wheels that don't fit. 17x8 to 17x9 with offset around +30 to +33 will look good.

You have a skyline, a turbo inline 6 engine... and you'll put the same wheels that were on your civic. You're doing it wrong.

25mm bolt on wheel spacers are expensive! I'd say just sell those wheels and buy a better set for the Skyline!
