Try unplugging your clutch depress switch, located under the dash, follow your clutch pedal arm and youll see it. Let us know what happens. Point being your car wont know if your using the clutch when its disconnected, and wont make any ecu adjustments. Narrowing your possibilities.
Consult cable and software are a must when trying to diagnose pesky problems. Im sure Skym will agree. Nistune FTW!

Grab a consult cable and test for codes like the previous comments. This helps pinpoint problems the ECU is having troubles with. Nissan Consult cables are common and very cheap. There is even free software available to read the ECU as well, I use ECUTalk to check my codes. No install required, setup COM port on the first page, it auto selects sensors and outputs that your ECU supports. Use tab 2 to read/reset your ECU fault codes.

I think i found the problem i just went to the car to pull the clutch pedal depress switch and there was nothing plugged in. There is a harness hanging there but it doesn't fit. Can anyone check to see what the harness looks like and possibly take a picture of where the wires come from so i can trace it back on mine. Thanks

i had the same bov and it made the car stall every time i pushed or depressed clutch check for idle leakage. start car and put your hand infront of bov and check for a leak

Sorry, I dont have a good camera at the moment. Can u start your car without depressing the clutch?
And if u dont have one plugged in, then your ECU doesnt know your depressing your clutch. So its probably not sensor or IACV even related.

Yes i can start without the clutch never knew till i saw that and checked. So that would cause the idle problem then?

Well, Check your BOV first i guess. Im assuming your bov is atmospheric, every body knows that between shifts an atmospheric may cause stalls/rev drops/backfires/fireballs on a ECU meant for recirculating. But that does not explain why yours is doing this at idle.
Try cleaning your IACV and AACV and your MAF. Probably needs it anyway, so you cant lose doing those.
It may be time for Nissan Consult.
Except for the above i out of ideas. It may actually be drivetrain related, but doubt it.

I got some seafoam and used it in the car and the idle problem with the dropping engine rev's is gone.

I would think its BOV related too. MIne does that. And its cause i have a vent to atmosphere BOV. the way around that is to get your car tuned with a Atmospheric BOV. otherwise a recirculating BOV will do you wonders.

I don't know how seafoam would have helped, But it did it would have been an unforeseen problem that none of us could have predicted

Probably a bit of carbon on valve seats. Always good to decarbon engine once and a while.

I always get harder starts with even the smallest airleaks on my car. Once you fix them it makes a difference to the way car drives, engine feels smoother, starts better when warm, hot. I now constantly check hose clamps and always find them a bit loose. Vibration from engine doesn't help, as it loosens them. Need to put a locking nut on other side of bolt clamp.

I run a recirculated Synapse BOV. Way better on and offboost with the Synapse BOV over stock BOV or modified stock BOV. Just have to be careful as engine is alot more responsive and car can get on back of other cars quickly.

Seafoam must have cleaned up the IACV or AACV or throttle body or somethin. You should still clean up your IACV and AACV the old fashion way as Im sure seafoam didnt clean it as well as you could by taking it apart.
