like with any rad setup its all universal, The fans will come with those straps that go through the rad, use them to your own discression, not hard to custom mount them. Turning them on and off, easiest way is buy a headlight relay and wire them up to iginition, or if you gotta couple extra bux a flex a lite or equivalent thermostat controlled relay you can buy at any auto parts store. No electric setup is bolt in that won't cost you a tonne of money.

Do they fit with the stock fan shroud on r32?

Yes the stock fan shrouds fit the ForgedRacing. The tubes on Forgedracing are also 1mm thick instead of Koyo's .8mm and the fin spacing on ForgedRacing is 0.8cm instead of Koyo's 1cm meaning there is way more cooling surface.
No comparison to Mishimoto either as they are not epoxy filled. Also have a lifetime warranty not if you crash your car but then you have bigger problems than a radiator. They are regular $335 we are introing them for $300.00 come with a cap and drain plug not like brand K.
