So... I was on my nightly slurpee run from 7-11 and with the fresh snow and me being a retard i took the skyline instead of my parents van and when i got to the 7-11 car slid into a curb head on from the passenger side and I'm pretty sure i bent the front passenger side control arm because the wheel got pushed back and is rubbing on the fender and wheel well. So question is where can i get a new on really quick Part Source, NAPA, Auto Value and how long would it take to change out. Just to make sure the front control arm is the same as the 300zx right? Also is there anything else that might have been damaged suspension wise sway bar, upper control arm, struts you know all that good stuff. Thanks

Did a lookup in PartsMaster and looks like R32 Gtst is your only option. I could b wrong tho.Comment

I picked up a control arm and went to the garage to install it but i ran into some difficulties. Does anybody know if the black cap looking thing below on the left picture is some sort of removable cap because with it on the threads don't come up high enough to put the nut on. The ball joint that on the right is the one that came off the car and doesn't have that cap thingy. I tried taking it off but don't wanna mess around with it too much so i don't damage the boot and just in case its the wrong part and i have to return it.

it looks like a protector cap... you should be able to remove that pretty easily, then it should look like that other sideComment
