Just wondering what would be the best choice for a leaking Power steering hose(The steering hose off the pump that connects to the metal line) Going out and trying to get one from a wrecked skyline on doing a DIY and fixing it myself, If fixing is recommended what do i use or is there something similar i can use to replace this part ?
    Thanks

I see. Change the stock wire type hose clamps with worm drive hose clamps.

The leak is coming from a tiny little hole (almost a pin hole) half way down the rubber hose

I see. It should be hydraulic hose, but able to withstand high temps if near turbo. Local hydraulic hose specialist should be able to help.

There should be someone that sells Gates hoses in NZ -

Why I mentioned the hose clamps, as it's a common problem to leak from the hoses on powersteering resouvoir, HICAS solenoid next to battery, etc due to the hose clamps. In some rare cases the hose needs to be replaced.
