rb20 Just got off the dyno

This RB20DET in Canada produced around 397rwhp at 24psi -

With cams it should be at similar boost level with more hp + less boost, unless tuner was being conservative with tune or cam timing. Poncams can add 24hp at same boost level without camtiming adjustments. But on some engines at higher boost levels, head becomes a restriction and gains with more aggressive cams are minimal.

.....and it helps that u guys are tuning in 20degree weather when we are running in 80+ degree weather...
