RB26's tend to collect oil in the cylinder head at prolonged high rpm. I'm not sure if this is a problem spread across 20/25/26 engines, or just the 26. A few people online have said that if they're going to be driving their car hard (ie: track), they will overfill the oil by 1 litre. This was on RB26 engines, again, not sure if it's an issue with 20/25 cylinder heads.
If you want to throw a catch can on, by all means, go ahead. Do a track day and report back on how full it was after turning high rpms for lap after lap. Just make sure it has some sort of baffle to catch the vapors. Empty cans are a waste of time imo.
