Awesome! Thanks for the reply. Journal refers to the type of bearing used inside your turbo on which the center shaft rotates.1989 R32 Skyline GTR SOLD!!!!

Rb20 stock turbo is ball bearing and rb26 is journal. Search here a bit and you will find quite a lot of info on these turbos, especially from skyme.sigpicComment

The info I found said that if there is a spring in the oil return line it is ball bearing, no spring means journal. Is it possible that Nissan used both types on the rb20's?1989 R32 Skyline GTR SOLD!!!!
