Possible LIMP Mode?

(1 front of car - 6 closest to driver)

tryed to test coilpacks and wasnt getting steady readings
was thinking that it could be cadalitic converter but i dont know if it shows the symtomps of that.....the issue can come on and off within seconds of eachother
