  • Trouble with my r32

I know that my car needs a tune up, it's a r32 gts-t and when I try to start it up in the morning or after not driving it for a little while, it stalls and it takes like up to 6 times to actually get it running. I don't know if it is something actually wrong with the starter or what. I am new to skylines but I really want to make this car run amazingly.

When you put the key in the accessory position can you hear the fuel pump priming? Any weird noise? Also, does it sputter and die after starting or just die right away?

Yeah! It does that sputter noise, then stalls, and I find myself having to rev it to help it get going

Sounds like a fuel pressure issue for sure. I would replace the fuel filter first. Its cheaper and it probobly needs one anyways. If the pump is on its way out it could still be priming, just not building enough pressure. Put a fuel pressure gauge on it. Should be 43.5 psi if i remember right.
I canz take this corner at 195k cause i gots AWDZ. Get real.

If she's sputtering and stalling out, then there's a few things it could be. Like danwit said, it might be a fueling issue. Either not enough pressure, or the fuel filter is clogged and not allowing enough fuel through. Could also be dirty injectors? Start with those. Easy to check and easy to replace/clean (respectively)
