I had similar readings but higher.
To get mine to pass - New NTK O2 Sensor, a borrowed newish Magnaflow High Flow Cat, a ecu reset, and a good 100km drive afterward. Also dumped sum Methyl Hydrate in the tank.

Warm your car up, raise the idle if possible to just under the allowable limit ( around 1300rpm). I'd use regular gas not premium with methyl hydrate (But use at your own risk). Check your air filter, plugs etc. Honestly I'd just do that and go back and get re tested to find out where your at. You might have to reduce your timing because of the Nox but Id try the above first. Oh and dont beat on your car with regular gas and methyl hydrate....fill up with premium asap!

My GTR failed so bad I think it was clubbing baby seals as I drove it. To get it thru I installed good cat (walker 3 way I think), then I removed Power FC and installed stockish ECU, then I wired wastegates open to reduce boost, then I made and installed a throttle stop at the throttle body so only half throttle can be achieved so Aircare boy doesn't mat it. Then my car got "fast pass" lol oh yeah.

in addition to everyone elses input, try seafoaming your car before you head out for another testing. also another tip is loosen up a few bolts before or after your cat just dont make it look too obvious.
