I got mine from Right drive. I forget how much though. Here are some from a couple sites.

        RB20 gasket (metal)

        RB20 OEM (2nd last)

As for any other changes, you can look at vacuum lines. Make sure there not cracked/torn in anyway. You are gonna need to remove the turbo to get to the gasket, so you should also inspect the turbo for excessive oil, cracks in housing, shaft play and test your wastegate. If you had good boost before the job, you should be okay, just good to make sure. Tighten all the clamps for hoses and piping after your done.

Not do bad on the rb20, I had a gtst last year, thought the manifold gasket was gone but when I pulled it apart, the manifold had cracked in half, welded it with my mig, put about 20000 k on it without problem, was told by many u couldn't weld cast but it worked

Yeah RB26 job is cray. Not fun, but it's possible. RB20 shouldn't be so bad. Soak banjo bolts, nuts, bolts in pb blaster. remove everything around the turbo (including downpipe) to get the best access to it, then loosen manifold to turbo nuts and it should come down out.

Just be happy you don't have to remove two turbo's and take your time

Do some boost leak or vacuum test before the work. It could be just a old cracked hose.
