I reused mine and no leaks but it's always good practice to have spares.

Yes, replace it. I think it has a inner ridge seal like BOV flange gasket, so use once only. Also replace dumppipe gasket, oilreturn gasket, oilfeed washer, etc.
The two top gaskets in photo (gasket kit for turbo) below are the dumppipe, turbo to manifold gaskets.

Use Nissan gaskets.Last edited by Skym; 04-09-2012, 10:47 PM.RESPONSE MONSTER

After looking at Permaseal link below, I think the gasket kit as shown above is for the R31, Z31 RB20DET turbo.
Can buy a R32 RB20DET stock turbo gasket kit (or single turbo to manifold flange gasket) online from a Nissan dealership in another country -
A beginner-friendly guide to Nissan cars: what the brand is known for, how to choose by use case, which technologies matter, a safe used-car checklist, and ownership basics that reduce running costs
Also a engine repair gasket kit.
Permaseal sell turbo gasket kits -
I was told to use Nissan exhaust gaskets, but the Permaseal rocker cover gaskets (mainly the washers under screws) seem to be of a better design.
Also sponsors on GTRC that are based in Japan (Feast Auto Export) or based locally (Rightdrive) might have the gasket kits -
