RG (Racing greed) hands down. they are well familiarized with skylines and pretty much all imports. http://www.racinggreed.com/

Anyone that can tune PowerFC can tune Nistune. Just have to turn off the knock control, etc on stock ECU and tune like you do with any other ECU. Also there's other slight differences with some tables that the manual covers. Most tuners should be able to pick up on how everything works.

If you know the basics of how to tune a engine and have some experience.

To learn how to tune, most go here -

Then it's just a matter of practice (tuning cars with different configurations). Like adding different spec cams which changes A/F ratio, bigger turbo's, different fuels (require different A/F ratio's), etc. It's not something you learn over night.

yaa im gonna be lookin for a tuner real quick here, question about nistune, i read that it comes with a license agreement that you can only have on 1 computer or what ever, my plan was to install injectors and z32 maf at my house, change the values ect with nistune then limp the car over to racing greed. would they need my license or do they have there own ya dig

or better yet think the car will be able to make it there with 550's on stock ecu, tryna cut down on costs

I would rent a car trailer (some service / gas stations have them for rental???) and tow car to tuner. Or pay for a flat bed tow truck. Wouldn't drive with a untuned engine.

There's individual tuning license (tune your car only) and tuner license (tune any car, etc). If buy Nistune from tuner, it's just cost of Nistune board, Nistune install, retune. They have the tuner license, etc.

ya i want to learn how to tune, so i think i may get the nistune myself and learn and if i have any issues id then bring it to RG, or bring it there to get the final good tune... gotta start somewhere when learning to tune, might as well be on my own car rather then someone elses...

so (skym) the price of nistune on their website includes the license but if i just got it through racing greed it would be cheaper? maybe, ill call them and ask thats probably best.

It should be cheaper if get Nistune board + socket, etc through distributor without individual license. But individual license + consult cable helps when need to check for and clear error codes, etc.

if your a cheap and broke like me . Monkeynutz can chip a Z32 ecu and tune for you . then to RG for dyno.
I got 18 psi/ 310 whp. @rg dyno . And all i did was sidemount fredy mani, Tomie pon cam, 550 RC injectors, Precision 5557 turbo . Thats on stock motor . Did not want more than that unless i replace head gasket to a metal gasket and RP studs. I can run all day with the tune .
