Rx-7 injectors 550cc in a Rb20det

Hey guys, im having a hard time finding any hard information about this subject. I have a set of what are believed to be 550cc Rx-7 injectors and i want to replace my stockies with these. However everything i read is contridicting itself, what ive read is they are direct bolt, same plugs, and same impedance, however the next post i read is they wont quite fit, arent long enough, not same impedance. So i was looking for someone who knows for sure what the differences are, if i need to install a resistor or whatever else is involved.

Note: i do have an e-manage installed so i am able to support them i believe.

Also does anyone have any idea how i tell if these are the correct injectors or not?

impedance is the same, as for fit, im not sure... i think you need to do something with the pintol caps... i was going to install some in my car as well, however they were stolen from me...

also if you are installing them you will need a tune...

From what I understand, the spray pattern is for a rotary engine and they cause problems with idle, light throttle (look at bottom of link below, which explains why not to use them) and probably being from multiple engines to make up a set of 6 injectors, they are probably not matched properly -

Better to buy new drop in 550cc injectors from link below that are matched properly and are a modern design -

Best to retune stock ECU with Nistune. Piggyback ECU's don't give you the best tune, as if stock ECU detects knock it switches to knock maps, etc, which pulls ignition timing, injects more fuel that throws tune out.

thanks for the heads up dude, after hearing that yeah i think ill just buy something better. after looking at my injectors i realized they are the tan ones, which are 550cc but they low impedance and i really dont wanna through the trouble of a big rewiring job.
