clicking/knockig soud after starting car

my car s making a wierd clicking/knocking sound when i start the car. it idle perfect at 1000 rpm it sound like its coming for the pulleys or between cylinder 1 and 3. this has only bee happening since i changed the plugs i had 2 of the coil pack wire coector break o me cylinder 1 and 3. i have the metal female connectors o the male coil pack prongs. i was wodering if this could be the problem?

Coilpack loom, injector loom are meant to be replaced as part of routine maintenance (around same time as coilpacks, which is 100,000km).

Any idea where I can find those I can only find the coilpacks themselves. I swear I've looked like everywhere
