Just curious, i have my control unit set to the lowest temperature and yet my car still gives of alot of heat inside the cabin.

Is this normal? ..maybe these something on the temperature control unit that i can adjust/turn off.

R32 and R33 both have Climate Control Self-Diagnostics. Find and Download "The Sky Is The Limit" a book of Skyline stuff. Its layd out pretty nicely in there. Also can be found in R32 GTR Service manual or R33 Service Manual. Also, Im sure google has it somewhere.

yes i had this trouble with my climate controls too, i removed the AC, and it would never blow cold. hold the cold arrow untill it switches to full ac, it will reciculate interior temp with no heat

this is for those of us who have eratic a/c operation (somtimes cold but not all the time) your ac has a self diagnosis feature you can use. leave car undercover for a while.(60+degree interias dont help this test) turn ignition on and start the engine, within 10 seconds hold the off button down ...

Could be a few things -

Need to regas, reoil aircon (every year), change bottle (every second year) infront of aircon core, radiator.

Or there's a flap that adjust's amount of hot and cold behind dash. That's if turn it to lowest setting on aircon and it's hotter than it should be.

I think there is a little box (cog inside breaks teeth, makes weird noises behind dash) with white arm on it that controls the flap.

Also you should run aircon at least once a week to lube aircon pump, etc.
