    When Dan and I were rewiring my 1992 r32 with an RR25det we didn't know what it was.




    just under the joined line is


    On the left side, between my charger piping but infront of the intake manafold

          yes. running the rb25det ecu and vct make the midrange way better.

            its only running an rb20 ecu... i think, i looked at my case and i cant get my screws out because they have been stripped

                It's explained in this link, how different VVT settings affect's powerband (scroll down until see "Making a good use of VVT") -

                This link tells you when VVT is engaged with stock R33 RB25DET cams -

                For running VVT you need a modified internally (so plugs into factory RB25DET loom) 300ZX / Z32 ECU with Nistune installed + Z32 MAF + Z32 MAF plug and a retune. Or use stock R33 RB25DET ECU, stock R33 RB25DET MAF, etc.

                Or could fit aftermarket Link G4 ECU or ViPEC ECU + IAT sensor, Mac boost control solenoid with retune.

                  I also have Apexi AVCR, would I just wire it to that?
