Ok I'll try again I've put it on the clave covers its not coming from around there right above the harmonic balancer it the only place I can hear it but Ill look again

Idler bearing, tensioner bearing, water pump are in that area. Sounds like time to change the cambelt, etc. Sometimes people fit a new cambelt and don't change the idler, tensioner bearings, mounting bolts, waterpump, cam seals, crank seal, etc. I had to learn that through trial, error with my car.

Also remove gearbox, etc and change rear crank seal, as that can leak as well.

Yeah I had my timing belt done but that was all

I have a feeling it's an idle bearing or the tensioner
