  • car wont go into gear

So i was driving my car the other day and when i was coming to a atop I noticed the car was still rolling ahead with the clutch pedal all the way to the floor so i managed to get it home. So i replaced the slave cylinder because when i got the clutch changed last year the guy said it was starting to leak and there's still nothing now I had to start the car in gear and move it yesterday and when I was s goin g up my street I pressed the clutch pedal in and the clutch dis engaged. But it wasent fully disengaged. It felt like it was slipping a bit. The slave cylinder is travelling at the full distance no leaks anyone have any idea what this could be. Oh and it's a r32 gtst thanks

Did u properly bleed the lines?. They can be a bitch because of that damn loop. I had to bleed at every fitting from the master down.
Also, could be your clutch fork is fubarred.

I took the damper box out so its a direct line from the master cylinder to the slave

^ Interested in the loop delete. Did u run a hard line? Flex hose? If u did it before your current problem, did u feel any difference? Just curious.

You could try but i doubt itll do a lick, is adjusting master cyl pedal rod.

i did it after it i changed the slave all you do is connect the line from the master cylinder right to the flex line going to the slave. i dont think it has to be adjusted it was working fine before this happend people are saying the center of the clutch could of let go?
