Has your car got a upgraded fuelpump?? If so, it could be running 100% all the time if hardwired hence fuel pressure is higher and engine runs richer. Combine with atmosphere BOV, could be causing the problems. If have fuel leak, fuelpressure should drop (engine runs leaner).

im thinking i have a bad knock sensor somewhere...

even after clearing the ECU of all codes (have the battery unhooked for hours, pressing brake etc etc) as soon as i start the car and let it run for 5 mins... nothing else, no driving or anything, just idleing, i check the code and its saying 34 which if knock sensor...

sooooo now i think i need to do a knock sensor repair... how ever am i going to do that.... ugh

          ok update...

cant replace those knock sensors without taking off the complete intake

i have heard there is a way to wire in a resistor that will foul the ECU into thinking that the knock sensor is there and working fine...

anyone know anything about this or how to, or what resistor i need?

Isn't that kinda risky? Knock sensors are a fail safe.

ya i admit its risky... however i know what knock sounds like, so im going to be careful... plus im running fairly rich all the time as is so det is unlikely

and btw i found out what i need to do incase anyway else would like to know

you take a 1m ohm resister (preferably a 1/4watt, but 1/8watt will work too) and wire one end to the signal wire and the other to ground. now you can either do this on the wiring in the engine bay or at the ecu. i am doing it in the engine bay as im doing it in a way that if i need to remove it and plug back in the knock sensors i can

Cool! I always drive with my window slightly open to listen for knock too lol.
Nice fix tho, good to know in a pinch.
                Sticky material?
