Rb20 misfire 3k?

To start off mods are as stated rb20, new looking fuel filter, walbro pump, 2.5" straight pipe to 4" Megan racing muffler, AEM intake, Greddy Emanage Ultimate running 10 psi. The car was running fine for the 3 weeks iv had it then I let a buddy try my Emanage Ultimate on his rb20 and on the way home I was getting a misfire at 3k in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear i could get to 6 psi then it would have have like 1 misfire and the hole car would studder so i didn't try to rev past 3k, but if i reved it up slowly without making boost i could go to what ever rpm, so i plugged stock ecu in and same thing. So I figured it was spark plugs so i picked up some ngk BRP6ES. Got home took the coil pack cover off and found out the car had yellow jackets so so i took them off and the spark plugs didn't look to bad at all but I replaced them anyways. I didn't put valve cover back on either thinking they could be over heating. This fixed the problem for 3 days and I even went drifting and it was fine but now today the misfire is back at 3k. So i put it in 2nd and just kept on the throttle and got the misfire at 3k then it reved fine to 4.5k then just kept misfiring. Let me know what you guys think

Did you gap the spark plugs?

The plugs were already gapped to .8 when i checked when the coin. And i had a crappy coilpack plug so i sodered a new one in and fixed the ignitor ground and a wire that fell out not sure if fell out when i was removing coil pack harness and now it runs fine again hopefully it stays this time.
