Check for loose intake hose clamp on MAF or just behind MAF, as if MAF gets 2x airsources it can make engine stutter (as far as I know engine runs richer than it should), similar to coilpack making engine missfire. Sometimes it can be a crack in the hose under intake hose clamp or inbetween ribs that you don't see.RESPONSE MONSTER

Could be a reversion problem (turbo slowing down too much during gear changes thus air reverses direction and heads towards MAF, which upsets MAF, etc). Do you have at atmosphere vented BOV which can cause reversion problems??? Sometimes people mount MAF further away from turbo which helps to reduce this problem.
Do you have a clamp onto adaptor type of air filter???? If get too much air entering front of MAF it can make MAF max out at say 3000rpm and hit boost cut on ECU (fuel cut revlimiter). The other is a revlimiter at 2500rpm when ECU can't see MAF or have a faulty MAF.
If not those, could be sparkplug gaps (engine would miss at higher rpm only), faulty sparkplug tips due to damage when regapping them or coilpack is on the way out (engine starts misses intermittently, then later on it runs on 5 cylinders which causes missing throughout powerband, including idle).RESPONSE MONSTER

When turbo fails, there is a whistling sound and then after a while a wacking sound. Should prelube turbo before starting engine by unplugging CAS, cranking engine until oil reaches turbo or prelubing turbo with oil before fitting to engine. Lack of oil is one of the quickest ways to damage turbo CHRA (centre part of turbo).
Check the turbo oil feed (top of turbo), as sometimes the washer there can make it leak and check the turbo oil drain gasket that can blow.RESPONSE MONSTER
