Gtr rack on gts?

Hey Guys,

before i get chewed out! i did search not just on gtrc but other forums and google.

i believe this is a popular issue, anyway my rack has been leaking forever and im tired of the stains it leaves behind.
A gtr steering rack is the same a gts? some forums say yes others say no.......

was also looking at s14 but because i have hicas apparently its not copesetic.

When I bought my car the rack was snapped in half, I think they are different,at the time I found a ton of gtst racks, took me a while but found a gtr one, kinda bought a whole car.. Take it off and get it rebuilt, or get another , get it rebuilt and swap em, I have a spare I need to rebuild, the one I put in 2 yrs ago is leaking, inside the boot, guess it stops when the rubber fills up lol.

my issue is, ive had this one rebuilt its leaking for the imput seal where the steering shaft goes in. ill have to contact daryl see if i can get that seal. For some reason gts racks are impossible to find now

That top seal is easy, I changed that one with the rack still in the car, u can take that top piece off, maybe even bring it somewhere get a seal matched up, or I'm sure Nissan sells it. I had a spare rack so just swapped it with another

Anyone know the part number for the seal, contacted daryl from right drive havnt had a response and its been a week. Any help would be appreciated
