  • 91 GTST Aligment - Need Help

I noticed the front wheels are cambered inn. Im running some sort of lowering springs with struts (came with car).
I took it for a alignment at Certified Auto in Calgary. The mechanic called me in and showed my front sub frame is pushed back - like the wheels are not centered in relation to fenders. There is no sign of accident, no damage, all original....maybe this common knowledge but what can cause this?/

You are talking about two different angles here.Camber is how perpendicular the wheel is to the road. Wheels being not centered in the wells is caster. Caster is a non-tire wearing angle but is responsible for straight ahead driving, steering wheel return, etc. Any problems driving on the road? A sign of bad caster would be wandering, bump steer, steering wheel does not return after taking a corner?

Yea it's common knowledge. Get a camber kit and some adjustable tension rods. Camber will be more negative with lowering springs.
