Rb25 neo intercooler question.

I recently got a front mount inter cooler kit, but it replaces the stock piping up to this point. I need to know what to do with the line that connects up here. I don't remember this line being on the rb20 or earlier 25's.



Can it be, Plugged? Deleted? Relocated? or even T'd off of another line?

I was more interested in what to do about it then what it is. (power steering air valve) Apparently you need to T it off somewhere. This is more the question I was after.
