Power/Ground Reversed - no start

Working on a rb20 that had the CAS connector power and ground switched by accident. Blew the ECU fuse and once a new fuse was put in, will now (with key in on position) click on and power up the fuel pump for a couple second (like when you first key on) repeatedly ever 10 seconds or so. Car will not start. Anyone got ideas?

update:

Found burnt out injector circuit on ecu and repaired with a dab of solder. All good.
