Supra Denso fuel pump for Skyline

What is the 1020 Denso fuel pump for the 93-98 Supras specs?? I have heard 300lph and 320lph. Also I have heard that they support up to 800hp?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong or point me in the right direction.
