  • R32 GTST - Stalls when cold

    Hey guys,

The past two mornings the car will start fine, but wont rev past 200rpm and bog for a little then stall.
It'll do the same thing if I try a second time and on the third time it runs perfectly fine.

Seems to do this only in the mornings when I start it for the first time.. the car sits at work for 8 hours and will start fine.

    Where do I start?!

    Thanks in advance

    Chris

Aftermarket computer? It's probably a fuel problem or weak spark.

There is the first time start that is very rich. Second time start is not so rich, so should start better the second time.

Usually a hard starting problem can be due to airleak in intake piping, especially if have a FMIC as the rubber or silicon pipe joiners can pop off if intake hose clamps are not tight enough.

Also check for intake airleaks near the MAF (infront and behind MAF).
